Ocala, Florida – February 1, 2008 - Shade Systems is proud to announce it has recently completed a custom multi-shade project for Fuzzie Buddies pet resort, a recreational resort and day care facility for dogs and cats in Tampa, Florida. 

While our products are primarily used to protect children and adults from dangerous exposure to the sun’s harmful U.V. rays, this project demonstrates how shade is equally necessary for our four-legged friends who are often considered members of the family.

Edie Wilhoit, based on her life-long passion for animals, created Fuzzie Buddies after five years of research on the pet care industry.  Her father, Ernie, has supported and worked with her as she developed her dream of providing the best pet resort in the industry.

Ernie stated that he had been researching shade companies for 3 years before selecting Shade Systems.  His selection of Shade Systems was based on our high standards of quality, including our patented Turn-N-Slide^TM easy fastening system which allows quick removal and re-attachment of the canopy in case of hurricane.
